SMA Magnesia is Europe's largest producer of synthetic caustic magnesium oxide. All milled products, both magnesium oxide and magnesium hydroxide, are exclusively handled by us and are sold for amongst others rubber and plastics, printing ink, fuel additive, catalysts and magnesium compounds.
Our synthetic magnesium oxide product Purmag is available in different grades. Each grade is developed for specific applications. The specific surface area varies from 40 to 170 m2/g. We have a Research and Development team that can advise you which product is most suitable for your needs.
